Additionally, we conduct random raw material re-inspections to ensure our manufacturing process begins with a strong focus on quality.
In-house Manufacturing
Assembly of battery modules and packs
At BLJ Solar, the assembly of battery modules and packs is finished by our advanced automatic production lines to improve productivity and quality consistency.
Equip Tested battery packs with BMS
After assembly, battery packs undergo comprehensive testing before being equipped with our indepently designed BMS modules, ensuring quality and reliability.
Semi-product Tests
When the battery is packed with core modules, we will conduct a 100% aging test, safety test, and electrical performance tests to ensure only qualified packs go to the next step.
Final product Assembly
During this step, the battery pack and other components are installed into a protective ABS or aluminum alloy cabinet, ensuring longevity and enhanced durability.
All-round Inspection
The finished products will be completely inspected from appearance to function to ensure they look good, work well, and meet the designed functions and performance.
Random Inspection in package
All tested products will be packaged for shipment and our QC team conducts random inspections to ensure there are no deficits and maintain quality control in the whole process.
